Dave Cervi

As President, Dave develops corporate strategy, reviews policy and legislative matters, and oversees the daily operations and compliance with the administrative management team. He also fosters client relations and partnerships for the retention of business. Dave meets regularly with the leadership team to receive updates on employees, finances, growth opportunities, and more.

With his support team, Dave develops budgets and goals. He also creates proposals for new business and responses for RFP’s. Dave is also actively involved in negotiating client contracts and bargaining unit agreements.

Glenn Butler

As a professional in the foodservice industry for 40 years, Glenn brings a wide breadth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to our clients. With his previous experience in leading several National Food Service Management Companies, Glenn has effectively managed every facet of foodservice. This includes Fine Dining, Corporate, Business & Industry, Senior Services, Health Care, Vending, Catering, and Retail.

As Vice President, Glenn provides direct oversight to ensure efficient operations through the Corporate Office, supervisors, and the account managers. He focuses on cultivating positive, effective client relations and building partnerships to foster business growth.

Nicole Meyers

Nicole Meyers

Nicole has 15 years of experience in financial operations. She works with a focus on the integration and implementation of new technologies to aid with the efficiency and accuracy of financial transactions. Nicole joined the Personal Touch Food Service executive team in 2020.

As Controller, Nicole leads the financial functions of the corporation and is committed to accurate billing and financial reporting. Nicole oversees all employees involved in the accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and compliance.

Michelle Davies, MS, RD, CDN

Corporate Managing Dietician

Michelle Davies, MS, RD, CDN

As Corporate Managing Dietician, Michelle oversees menu planning and procurement for Personal Touch Food Service. Her approach to menu planning supports balance and offers selections of nutrient-dense foods. Michelle also provides nutrition and wellness training to Personal Touch management and culinary staff and holds on-site nutrition seminars for clients and client-based groups.

Michelle’s experience includes acute care nutrition assessments for various disease stages, weight concerns, GI, ICU, burns, adolescents, elderly, and others. Her master’s degree in dietetics and bachelor’s in business, along with her love of food service, fit well with the nutrition and wellness initiatives of Personal Touch Food Service.

Debbie Beckers

USDA General Manager

Debbie Becker

As USDA General Manager, Debbie is responsible for the supervision of public, private, and charter schools participating in USDA feeding programs. Debbie’s 15 years with Personal Touch Food Service gave her a broad base of practical experience and oversight with the company. Debbie is a member of the Erie County School Nutrition Association, the NYS School Nutrition Association, and the National School Nutrition Association.

Debbie works collaboratively with the Corporate Managing Dietician and Chef to enhance food offerings to students. She also works with the Executive Leadership Team on strategy, operations, and client relations. Debbie is responsible for legislative compliance, HACCP, client interactions, financial performance, procurement, menu planning, staff training, and overseeing program initiatives such as Farm to School and professional development.
